Alena, originally from Odessa, Russia, brings a unique set of skills to the ITAdOn team. She fosters close-knit employee relationships and has a gift for connecting with others of various backgrounds and cultures. Her passion for helping others is palpable through her leadership of our Human Resources Team. Alena never fails to do excellent work at an expeditious pace. When Alena is not at work, you can find her relaxing by the pool and sipping her favorite drink with her nose in a book.
Brian Gimbal

Brian, originally from Anaheim, California. His effective leadership, strategic thinking, and root-cause analysis skills so highly regarded during his military career are now invaluable assets to our IT Support Team. During his time off, you can find Brian vacationing with family and friends while savoring a breathtaking view and plenty of Mediterranean food. However, he desires a special superpower that may make him hard to locate outside of the office — to be completely unrecognizable by donning a pair of glasses, like Superman.

Mehnez’s New York City childhood molded her ability to form strong bonds with people of all ethnicities. Her passion and expertise in customer service enhances the ITAdOn family’s customer service potential. She thoughtfully learns from her coworkers and, in turn, encourages them to grow. She is constantly eager to assist people. The possibility of broadening her horizons and learning new talents excites her. When Mehnez isn’t working, you can find her in the air and on the road, traveling to enriching new places.
Nobi Hossain

Nobi, ITAdOn’s Technical Support Specialist, is originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is a quick learner and loves to master technology. He is a naturally curious person with a passion for learning how things work. In his younger days, he disassembled every toy more complex than a stuffed animal to learn how it ticked. His mind always switched on, in his free time he reads books, comics, and tries his hand at various DIY projects. Nobi places immense value in living a peaceful, serene life with his loved ones — which is why his ideal superpower would give him the power to erase all the world’s problems so all can live in harmony.
Nusrat Nafshi

Nusrat, our marketing master, hails from Bangladesh. She is *very* hard-working, and has more patience in reserve than anyone else in the ITAdOn family owing to her lifelong personification of the three Cs: cool, calm, and collected. Not a fan of high temperatures, she loves cooler climates and air conditioning. To secure her and her family’s survival in the event of a zombie apocalypse, her dream team is her husband, Scarlet Witch, Superman, and Captain Marvel. Her ideal vacation includes faraway travel and ample quality time with her loved ones. You are most likely to find her eating watermelon with her rabbit, Casper.
Abu Nahian

Abu Nahian (aka “Shoumo”), originally from Bangladesh, is exactly like his nickname which means kindness, selflessness, and generosity. These virtues form the foundation of his leadership. As a child, no toy was safe from Abu’s desire to deconstruct it and discover its inner workings. These exercises in divergent thinking, synthesis, and evaluation led to a passion for conquering systems of all kinds, culminating in information technology and the founding of IT Advisors Online. Abu’s time spent working in Australia taught him the importance of forming close personal relationships, which helps him better serve his employees and his customers.
